林陳素娟夫人於2022年2月26日安詳離世，享年74歲。 丈夫：林福基， 孝子：林鴻發， 孝女：林鳳儀，女婿：何振麟， 外孫：Mitchel and Livia, 所有家屬以及親友將永遠懷念她！ 家屬感謝各親友慰問以及關懷，懇辭一切鮮花、帛金慰問，濃情厚意家屬銘記於心。 謹訂於2022年3月5日（星期六）9時正於Macquarie park 墓園內Magnolia禮堂舉行追思祈禱會，隨即辭靈出殯安葬在Macquarie Park墓園Macquarie Visa墓區。 如果親友當中未能親自出席追思會，大家依然可以通過直播方式同家屬一起送上道別。請各位親友在儀式前的一天聯絡家屬取得直播方式。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs Josephine So-Kuen Lam passed away peacefully on 26th February 2022, Beloved wife of Edward Lam, Adored mother of Alfred Lam, Fondy Lam, Respected mother-in-law of Edwin Ho Cherished grandmother of Mitchel and Livia, Aged 74 years.
